Our Investronica cutting unit, model INVESTCUT QUARTZ by Lectra, acquired in July 2004, is one of the most advanced technologies for cutting fabrics mattress.
This model can cut mattresses as high as 40 mm in under vacuum. It can guarantee the highest cutting precision of the piecies, trim the inner edges, act on the basis of the istructions got from the computers of out Modelling Office, through a data transmission line with physical support in optical fibre.
As conveyor system it can cut large windows up to 3,50 metres with the conseuent room saving in relation to the stationary tables.
It can guarantees, also, great performances in sinking the cutting times respectful of the concept of just in time, which is very required today. It can also optimise the very high costs of the hand cutting performed by a classic cutter.
